Laneige | BB Cushion - Pore Control SPF 50+ PA+++ #21

After my last review on Kicho Aroha Glow CC Cushion (you can read about it here), I knew I had to invest my money in another cushion. I can't believe I am so, so late on these portable cushion compacts while everybody else owns about 20+ of em' already. I didn't think cushion compacts were that big of a deal back then--- I simply viewed cushion compacts as just foundation + skincare mixed in together in a round compact with a sponge applicator. However, I have officially converted to using only cushion compacts now. I still use my foundation here and there when I'm indoor in the morning time and go out at night time.

One of the reasons why I purchased this was because of Morgan (She's also known as "TheBeautyBreakdown" on Youtube). She did a thorough review of this cushion compact on her channel and I immediately knew I had to get my hands on this.
If you're a fan of Amore Pacific CC cushion, you're most likely going to like this Laneige BB cushion because Laneige is under the same umbrella brand as Amore Pacific.

Here's the perfect cushion for the Summer season:

Tatcha | Cameilla Cleansing Oil + Water Cream +Aburatorigami Blotting Papers

The other day as I was doing a facial on this lovely client of mine, she asked me: "What is your favorite Skincare brand?" I paused for a long time to think, then I said, "I don't know."
I do have my fair share of current and past brands that I personally enjoy using and would recommend to my friends... but none of em' keeps me at "wow" for a long time. Does that make sense?
The following night, I separated my skincare products into two groups: "most enjoyable" and "just okay". I thoroughly thought through that question with each products on how it would fit into my "top favorite"---
I guess it's because there are so many skincare brands on the market (as well as overly hyped products on social media) that I may have fail to notice a skincare brand that could have been a potential top favorite brand.

With all that being said, I can confidently say: " T a t c h a is my current top favorite Skincare brand. "
P.S: All opinions are my own. I am not being paid to write this review.

I have tried a lot of Tatcha products but today's review will mainly focus on:

Milk Makeup | Sunshine Skin Tint SPF 30 & Matte Bronzer

The first time I saw the gondola for Milk Makeup at Sephora, I thought it was a Japanese brand. Months later, I found out Milk Makeup was in fact made in the USA. I think it's the white scheme and their overall packaging has a modern hippie with a little retro feel that has people confused on the origin of Milk Makeup. For some odd reason, I would see the gondola every time I clock in for work but I never got a chance to play around with the makeup. Until I attended a training for Milk Makeup hosted by Sephora, that's when I decided to swatch and take home samples of the brand (because I am sensitive)

Lately, I have also been seeing a lot of Youtubers and Instagramers doing reviews on Milk Makeup. Due to the constant exposure of Milk Makeup on my feed, I was motivated to venture out and I brought home two products from Milk Makeup!
For today, I want to share my own experience on Milk Makeup:

Kicho | Aroha Glow CC Cushion - #23

I'm back with another Korean beauty product review! Last month, I had the privilege to join BNTgirls! Basically, BNTgirls is a group of beauty editors for BNTnews Korea. BNTnews is a Korea-based Fashion, Beauty, and Entertainment magazine in English. Everything you want/need to know on the latest news on your favorite idols and latest beauty trends in Korea is right here on: BNTnews
This is going to be my first review with BNTnews, which I'm SUPER EXCITED about because I am now able to branch out to more Korean products to review for you guys!
Grab some snacks because this review will be lengthy.

To be honest, this is my first time using and owning a CC cushion compact or any cushion compacts in general. In the past, I have tried Missha SPF 42+ PA+++ BB cream but it was a little too heavy for my liking and the darkest shade (No. 23) was still not dark enough for me. Which is why I mainly stick to wearing foundation.
To be noted: I received this as part of my July Beauty Box from BNTnews. My opinions are completely my own.

Influenster | Maybelline Master Chrome Voxbox

I receieved my FIRST VOXBOX in the mail! In my Cane + Austin review,  I mentioned briefly about Influenster and the idea of what a Voxbox is. So for today's post, I will be reviewing:
M a y b e l l i n e | Master C h r o m e
Which was June's Voxbox theme!
And along with the review, I will leave details on how I received this free Voxbox from Influenster and the many questions a lot of people seem to have regarding the Influenster platform.

IN A SHORT PARAGRAPH:  I joined Influenster through a friend's invitation roughly around 3-4 weeks ago. The first few hours after I signed up, I was scanning my favorite products at home left and right and reviewing each products deliberately. I was hooked on receiving badges and hearts from other beauties---- then, I received an e-mail from Influenster about being on a "short list" for the next month's Voxbox. My curiosity led me to fill out a 2-3 questions survey, then I filled in my address, and submitted the survey. Within a week, I received another e-mail saying my Voxbox was on its way.

Son & Park | Beauty Water

Happy 4th of July, everyone! I can't believe June already ended...
I thought about doing a June "empties" post where I show you guys all of the products that I have finished in the recent months--- but Son & Park Beauty Water deserves its own post.
I am all about double cleansing--- even before my cleansing oil, I have to make sure I use a makeup wipe to remove the first layer of makeup. Then I follow up with my cleansing oil to break down any remaining traces of makeup, sunscreen, and morning skincare. Afterward, I always end it with my regular cleanser. A good skincare routine starts off first with a clean skin, and that will always be my belief.
I put a lot of effort into my nighttime skincare routine but I have to admit, I neglect my morning skincare routine a lot.
Which is why, when I saw this product at Sephora, I knew it would fit perfectly well into my morning routine.

Too Cool For School | Haul Review

Hi! I hope everyone had a great weekend! To my old and new readers, you guys are amazing in your own ways ❤ I usually don't start off my post with a greeting but I figured it would be nice to send positive vibes to everyone. We all need it especially with all the negativity in the real world
My previous post was on my experience at the Too Cool For School event. If you guys haven't check it out yet, click here
As promised, I am doing a H A U L review on the goodies that I picked up from TCFS! I didn't purchase anything "crazy" because I already have so much at home. This will not be a detailed review-- I'm pretty much going to summarize the key points and go straight into my honest opinion on the products.
